GOCRP.
Helping a community rail partnership find its voice and communicate with confidence.
Studio Nowhere conducted a brand and tone of voice review for GOCRP.
The organisation needed to develop a coherent voice and purpose, so that they could speak to their diverse audiences confidently, effectively and on-brand.
Alongside copy expert Georgie Baker, we conducted workshops with staff - they all needed to communicate with audiences through social media and other assets.
Working with GOCRP we decided the best plan of action was to create a ‘how to’ guide to outline the organisation’s values and mission, give key phrases and examples of language use, and show new, branded design examples based on their current assets. This guide could be given to all staff to inform the way they spoke for GOCRP, and the assets they designed.
From this, we created branded asset templates and brand assets that we imported into Canva, creating a brand and template bank that all members of staff could use in tandem with the the ‘how to’ guide.
“…brilliant job. Turning something fragmented into a concise and attractive document is no small feat .”
